Phoenix, Az. - I was in the state attending college for the first time and decided to stop off at a gas station to grab some coffee and doughnuts before heading to a friends house. It was around 11pm when I noticed 3 bums digging through a trash can on the side of the building. Now I had also parked on the side of the building so I was not in plain view of the front door. As I was walking up the sidewalk the 3 of them blocked my path and approached me. I was sort of nervous, however, 3 weeks prior I had purchased my first handgun..... |
M. B. - Utah - My neighbor had recently died from cancer. His relative's asked me to help keep an eye on the home. The night of the viewing while everyone was at the mortuary I saw flashlights inside the home. I walked to the front of the house and saw someone duck below the window. A few moments later I heard someone leaving through the back door. I ran around the house and yelled stop, just then another person came out the back door and fired a shot at me. I drew my gun.... |
